BIA is looking to partner with construction companies of international air cargo terminals to establish its Dual-Customs facilities. Bi-National Air Cargo Terminals will operate the facilities, with major Missouri and international corporations as the end users. Logistics Centers, cold storage facilities, and fueling will be incorporated in the international cargo hub, and operated by third parties.
