This is a constraining distribution system. The dual- customs facility will link all U.S. airports to all Mexican airports while opening corridors to the entire world.

This saves both time and money, as one can land in any Mexican airport to establish a distribution point, and one is not boxed into using a high-priced distribution location, such as Mexico City.
